What they say is true. That the mountains will change you forever. The country will change you forever. Not only will you fall in love with it, it will become a part of you and you will never be able to forget about it. That's what Nepal did to me. And when I say my heart aches for the hardships it is going through, I can feel it in my bones every time the news breaks out.
But it's not about me, it's about them. I wish that we could all feel their pain too, that we won't forget the heavy reality the Nepali people are going through, that we all continue to support them, think of them and care for them, because I think we are all capable of it. - Emma Contaoe
The Travelling Movement (TTM) is a non-profit organization I launched after the devastating earthquake in Nepal. Its mission is to improve the lives of people in Nepal by offering volunteering opportunities to travellers wanting to embark on a meaningful trip.
The goal is to spread this movement worldwide, in the hopes of inspiring change from one traveller to another.
